Nirvana Premium CTC Tea Leaf 

High quality CTC tea produced at Nilgiri Tea Gardens, in South India.

Grade: BOPF

To make indian milk tea (chai)
½ cup Water
½ cup Milk
1  spoon Nirvana Premium tea

To make 1 cup, boil approx 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup milk (you can vary the ratio to suit your taste-more water perhaps). When it is hot, add 1 heaped spoon of tea leaves.

Let it boil for a few minutes but make sure the milk doesn't spill over. Add sugar to taste. Filter out the tea leaves using a tea filter.
