IndiaTeas.com is an online retail website operated by Oswal Syndicate for the sale of tea and related products. Products may be sold under the KESHAR GULAB brand or other brands expressly identified on the product page.
We may update products, services, prices, specifications, website content and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website. Orders you have already placed will be governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. A person under 18 may use the website only through, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, weights, prices and other information accurate and up to date. However:
- Photographs may vary slightly from the actual product or packaging because of screen settings, lighting or packaging updates.
- Natural tea products may show reasonable variation in colour, aroma, leaf appearance and flavour between batches.
- Availability may change without prior notice.
- Each product page and pack shows the mandatory information required by law, such as ingredients, net quantity, MRP, best-before date, manufacturer/packer details and FSSAI licence number. Please refer to these before purchase.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our teas are sold as food and beverage products, not as medicines or substitutes for medical treatment.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, and any other compulsory charges are shown before you complete the purchase.
We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Availability
Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you about an alternative, a revised delivery schedule, or a refund.
We may limit quantities or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, technical error or stock discrepancy.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email does not by itself mean we have accepted your order. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products.
We may cancel or decline an order for a legitimate reason, including incorrect product information, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, inability to verify the information provided, delivery restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an order for which you have paid, we will refund the amount through the original or an appropriate payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures.

8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled, but you may use the return procedure if the product qualifies. We do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made before shipment. Refunds are processed under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this section restricts any cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch accepted orders within the time stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary because of courier delays, weather, natural disasters, strikes or transport disruptions, government restrictions, incomplete address information, remote-area limitations, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete information, re-dispatch charges may apply where permitted by law.
10. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect the outer condition of the package on delivery. If it appears seriously damaged, opened or tampered with, notify the courier where possible and contact us promptly with photographs and your order details. For a damaged, incorrect, defective or materially different product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
11. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
Where a product is defective, damaged, deficient, spurious, expired, materially different from what was advertised, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under law or our policy, we will provide the applicable remedy. For food and tea products, ordinary returns are subject to reasonable hygiene, food-safety and product-integrity requirements: opened, used or tampered products may not be returned, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by law.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt. Please include your name, contact details and order number.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be decided by the courts at The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, except that a consumer may also file a complaint before a consumer commission as allowed by law.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
